How it works

  1. Show us your year

Share a rough month-by-month picture of last year: jobs, revenue bands, and the weeks your installers sat idle. Ballpark figures are fine; we are looking for the shape, not your books.

  2. Take the free 7-day review

We audit your website, map listing and search visibility for cooling, heat-pump and maintenance searches as well as furnaces, and compare you with the companies that show up first near you. No credit card.

  3. Agree a twelve-month plan

You get a calendar that says what to promote each month, what it should cost and how we will measure it. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

A furnace company can earn most of its year in five or six cold months and spend the rest waiting. Furnace.Business exists to shrink that wait. We plan and run marketing that sells cooling, heat pumps and maintenance plans in the quieter months, and we help you promote the financing you already hold with a licensed lender, so a big-ticket job doesn't stall over the cheque.

We are a marketing and business consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We work with heating companies across Canada. We are not a contractor; nobody on our side ever touches a furnace, an air conditioner or a gas line. Your crews do the work; we fill their calendar.

The problem we work on: a lopsided year

Most furnace businesses don't have a demand problem; they have a calendar problem. Calls pile up from the first cold week until late winter, then thin out. Payroll, truck payments, rent and software keep running in May.

Here is a simple way to see your own gap. Take your busiest month's installed jobs and your slowest month's. If your peak month brings in 40 jobs and your slowest brings 8, your crew capacity sits roughly 80% unused in that slow month. You don't need to fill all of it. Moving even 6 or 8 extra jobs a month into the slow season can change how the whole year feels.

The three levers we pull:

  • Sell what the weather wants. Air conditioning and heat pumps in spring and summer; furnaces in fall and winter.
  • Sell the relationship, not just the box. Maintenance plans turn a one-time buyer into revenue you can count on, and tune-ups can be booked into your slow weeks.
  • Remove the price barrier honestly. Clear promotion of a licensed lender's program helps homeowners say yes to a replacement now rather than "next year".

Services built around the slow months

Each service has its own page with what's included, timelines and how we measure it. Compare all services.

Why the off-season is a real opportunity right now

Heating in Canada is not one market. According to Statistics Canada, natural gas was the main heating energy for about three in four households in Alberta and Saskatchewan in 2023, while electricity dominated in Quebec. Heat pumps were already the primary system for roughly a quarter or more of households in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. A furnace company in each region faces a different off-season opportunity, and our region pages explain each one.

Federal policy is also moving. On 2026-10-08 the federal government announced a national heat pump rebate for eligible cold-climate air-source heat pumps. As of October 2026 it was not yet open, and federal pages pointed to a 2027 launch. Furnace companies that build heat-pump pages, reviews and search visibility before launch will be easier to find when homeowners start looking. Always confirm current details with the program administrator before you advertise them.

Proof from our HVAC work

We only show results we can link to a live site:

  • GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat, now serving 26+ BC communities. It shows how a heating company can launch a new product line under its own brand.
  • HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
  • Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.
  • CanroHeat.ca saw 250% lead growth.

Read what each one does and doesn't prove on our results page, or see the full list at HVAC.Agency, our parent brand.

What a year with us looks like

We work on a twelve-month rhythm, not a campaign-by-campaign one:

  1. Late summer: furnace replacement pages, reviews and map listings get tuned before demand arrives.
  2. Fall and winter: furnace campaigns run hard while we quietly prepare spring cooling and heat-pump pages.
  3. Late winter: maintenance plan renewals and early heat-pump education go out to past customers who agreed to hear from you.
  4. Spring and summer: cooling and heat-pump campaigns take over, and tune-up bookings fill the gaps.

Every month you get a short report: leads by service line, cost per booked job where we can track it, and what we're changing next. Plans start at $2,998 a month; see pricing for details.

Where we work

We serve furnace and heating companies in all ten provinces and three territories. Each region has its own regulators, fuel mix and programs, and our areas we serve page links to every provincial guide. If you want to understand the method before you call, our guides explain cash-flow-aware marketing, selling cooling to heating customers and promoting lender financing. Questions about contracts, ownership or reporting are answered in the FAQ.

Ready to look at your year together? Call, text or email. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a sales rep, and the first seven days cost you nothing.

Frequently asked questions

What is Furnace.Business?

Furnace.Business is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for furnace and heating companies. It is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, from Vancouver, BC, and belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. We are not an HVAC contractor: we never install, repair or service equipment.

Can marketing really fix a seasonal cash-flow problem?

Marketing can't change the weather, but it can change what you sell when the weather is mild. Promoting cooling, heat pumps and maintenance plans in the shoulder months gives your crews paid work when furnace calls dry up. Cash-flow forecasting itself belongs with your accountant.

Do you offer financing to our customers?

No. We are not a lender or a broker, and we never quote rates or promise approvals. If you already have a customer-financing program through a licensed lender, we help you present it clearly using the lender's approved wording.

What does it cost?

Our plans begin at $2,998 monthly, a website from $3,500 as a one-time fee, priced in Canadian dollars with GST/HST added at each Canadian client's provincial rate. Every engagement can start with a free 7-day trial, with no credit card and no lock-in.

We only do furnaces. Is this still for us?

Yes, if you are thinking about adding cooling, heat pumps or maintenance plans, or want to sell more of them. If you plan to stay furnace-only, we can still help you smooth demand with tune-up campaigns and earlier replacement marketing.

Can you promise a set number of summer jobs?

No. Nobody honest can promise leads or rankings. We agree targets with you, track them monthly and tell you plainly when something isn't working.
